Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.
If a package is confirmed lost during shipping, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. The 48-hour reporting period for received items does not apply to packages lost in transit.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, please contact us.
